YouTube Help Anyone know why my youtube display has changed to this?

A few minutes ago I noticed that something was different about my Youtube display.

When I click to watch a video (any youtube video) for some reason it has started displaying it against a black background, without any of the suggested videos beside it, please see attached image.

Does anyone know why and how do I change it back?
