That would be a very cool feature. I wonder if it's planned at the moment? In the meantime I believe there's apps like Canva, Snapseed and Procreate Pocket (which is paid, but powerful)

It's kind of difficult to do it the way where you can get a screenshot from the YT video on mobile, but I don't disagree with the idea! You have my upvote @op
