How to gain more 10 or more subscribers in first week on Youtube?

Ten subs is easy. Go talk to people in groups, forums and (if possible) IRL places that pertain to your content. In fact most of the time the first ten are your friends and family.

Remember, when growing your channel you want to make sure your subs are viewers interested in the content you are creating. While it's nice to have family and friends subscribe to make your numbers go up it won't help in the long run if you have a lot of subs but few views. You need to figure out who your ideal audience is, the viewers who will be interested in watching your content. Once you figure that out you can then target that audience with the right tags and keywords. Trust me, there is nothing worse than having 100 subs and only 10 views per video.
