I Created my youtube channel on July 2019 and uploaded my first video on October 2019. My channel had currently 222 subscribers and the watch time is way more far. Am I gonna make it before July 2020 ? I guess not. So I want your help please.

This is not a TubeBuddy question, this is a YouTube question. You need 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch time hours to be monetized. To answer your question, currently you don't qualify for monetization.

Make a good video to have more subscribers, you need 1000 subscribers and a minimum of 4000 hours of viewing time
