If it we're me I would start and end with the benefits. People might stop by on your video because you created a good title and thumbnail but they stay because you offer something they want of need.
In the case of memory, you probably know better than I can present to you.
Make a list of a hundred benefits to those that might be interested in your subject. Take those words and narrow them down to the top 10 things people are actually searching for as keywords. Then draft several Thumbnails by then you should have a pretty good idea as to where to go with yoir video idea and how to shoot it.
