I have a large library of videos and my largest playlist has over 4000 videos. I tried to do a bulk update today and everything seem to freeze up. After scanning the videos everything stopped. Is there a quantity limit to the function?

Hmmm what browser are you on, and what version number of TubeBuddy? I'd say the best place to ask this is support@tubebuddy.com through email, but I can see what I can find out here.
I suspect this may be computer-dependent, too? As browsers work based on RAM and are usually resource-intensive ΓÇö especially Chrome!

I am using Chrome and it is very sluggish today. What would you recommend?
