Title of thread: What Do I Need to Change to Grow?
Self review: I have tried very hard to cover all my bases - good thumbnails, keywords, description, organizing Playlist, etc - but I'm not growing very fast. Especially in my genre. What is one area I need to focus on? Or are there glaring AREAS I need to focus on? I feel like I'm drowning compared to a friend who is taking off. I know we shouldn't compare ourselves but it's hard not to. I am working hard - daily - and don't know where else to pour more attention.

Work more on your thumbnail and the tags too, i think the titles are great and pleas be more consistence too

Your header/Banner doesn't say anything to me. It's a great start but now add some TEXT over it, or a
photo of you, etc.

You avatar is nice - did you draw that?
Update your ABOUT page, I want to know more about you.

I really like SOME of your thumbnails and not others.
Like this one, I don't know what it is or what the video is about from this image.
Maybe some text?

Hey, your videos are great to watch - you have a great personality and I could really connect with you from the videos.

Looking at your channel page, I would really sell what your videos are about in the channel artwork - or at least a little something about you. It's clear from the channel name and some thumbnails that its an art channel, but it isn't clear what I can expect from your videos. If you put a few nice taglines on there as to what you're creating and how you're creating it, it will give the viewers an immediate idea of what to expect to impact their subscribe decision.
