What is your channel about? I see you have 16,000 subscribers, so I would say look at your analtyics on how people are finding you and see if that makes sense with your content

Yeah, you need to figure how you got to 16k sub, then see if you can scale that by an order of magnitude.

Well I'm not seeing any channel growth. I had 3 subs maybe two months ago and in two months I have had no new followers. It is probably content related, but I have used TubeBuddy to try and make my videos appear more in search results, but still nothing.

Best thing that happened for my channel was the book "How to Shoot Video That Doesn't Suck" by Steve Stockman.
