Self review: I Just made this video in the live in Just 8 Mins and uploaded the view, I am getting the views but not the watch time. Not Sure whats wrong with video . In My view, the content needs to more compelling and i need to work on that part.

1. I would recommend to film yourself while talking. It makes it more quality video.
2. First 2 seconds were absolutely silence. FIX - ((OPTION 1. Put an intro.)(OPTION 2. Cut this video first 2 seconds out.))
3. 0:23 - 0:26 you were just "humming" - FIX (Cut this part out) There are many hummings/pauses on this video.
4. Creating Closed Captions (CC) on this video would make it better.
5. I bet they skip the video to the end to see result, it is just the thing with tutorial videos. If you would make a video with topic: "When to use INT, LONG or DOUBLE" they would look it from beginning to the end, because they can't see all the answers in the end same time (unless you show these answers).
6. The end of the video seems not finished. You did not say good bye or anything.

I'll give you an alternative to what Volfra said and a few additional thoughts.

Record it one time and talk it through. The first talk track is only there for you to use as notes. Then delete the talk track completely and re-record it in a more quiet place. Record yourself as you re-record it. Look at the camera as if you are talking to an audience as you do the second recording. Cut back and forth between the first video and the new one. Since you can record the second "vocal track" as many times as you need to, you can make sure it sounds energetic and get your phrasing down.

Here is why. You have a lot of pauses and silences combined with a lot of ambient noise. Also operating the computer while you record is distracting you and you come across as flat. Re-recording the vocal track lets you cheat by not being distracted.

I agree with the first poster- film yourself and put it in the the bottom right or left hand corner. It will make the video more attractive to viewers. Should be quite easy to do in your video editing program!

The video is good!
What you need to work on:
I think you need to make the text bigger. Why? Because is too small and the viewers can't see't
Add an Intro
And add an outro
Maybe add some music
And change the thumbnail to an better one!
