Vietnamese flan cake (look, if you just make the flan big enough, it's a cake!)

My family used to buy that for my bday because I didn't like any other cake. Too sweet for me lol. The bakery we go to sell these flan and they decorate it with a lot of fruits on the top.

Looks Yummy. We call this "Akara" in Nigeria. Deep fried in hot oil. Very good for breakfast
