In Progress Problem connecting TubeBuddy with my YouTube channel

What browser are you on? Chrome
Studio Beta or Studio Classic? Studio Beta
What version of TubeBuddy? I can't find the quicklinks menu or the version of TubeBuddy
Is it related to a video? No
Explain your issue: 1. I am logged into my YouTube channel (tedtorial)
2. I click on the TubeBuddy extension to log into my TubeBuddy account.
3. I choose my tedtorial account, and one of two things happen:
a. If I choose the regular account (unbranded) I return to TubeBuddy dashboard, but my account is STILL not accounted to my channel.
b. If I choose the branded account, then I get an error saying I've chosen the wrong account.

I'm at a total loss, and I'm getting very frustrated with the whole thing, as I've been trying to remedy this for hours.

Hey, Ted!

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing :x

I checked your channel and I don't see it associated with any TB account. Can you log into https://www.tubebuddy.com/account and add in that channel? Your other (unbranded) channel might be connected to your TB account and that could be why you're having this problem.

After that, if you're still getting the same issue, try uninstalling and then reinstalling TubeBuddy.

I think I may have it solved. I tried to clear my browser's cookies and try again and it SEEMS to be connected now? I don't want to jinx it! LOL

Is there a way I can confirm they are connected?

Have you logged into https://www.tubebuddy.com/account and added in your channel yet? I still don't see that channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAew_cMt8H5g_aBVQn0UJog) attached to any TB account. That's one way to confirm that it's connected

I removed the channel attached to TubeBuddy and connected my branded account (I think!)

Why is this so confusing? I always considered myself FAIRLY savvy when it came to technology. I think I get confused between gmail accounts and youtube accounts?

I'm a bit confused as well haha. I'm basing this off of the channel you have on the forum, which is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAew_cMt8H5g_aBVQn0UJog.

To make sure, is that the brand channel or is this channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4MzjQhOWhsrAyYaOEuty1g) the brand channel?

I think it's my brand channel? Is there a way to find out if it's personal or brand?
