Your account was banned because someone filed a dispute with the credit card company saying the payment for your license was fraudulent. This resulted in a full refund and an additional fee being charged us by the credit card company. We have no idea if the card was stolen or why the credit card company reported the payment as fraudulent.
I also heard from support this happened in July 2018.
