How to record my Lenovo Android tablet screen?

I want to record LetsPlays on my Lenovo Yoga tablet.
What do I have to do to record video in good quality?
Are there good apps for it?
It does not have to record sound, because I want to use an external mike anyway.

What I have done is TeamWiewer app on my phone and PC. Than starter the screen sharing, and then recorded the video from the computer with dxtory. Most likely an easier way, but that's a way to do it.

could even look into https://www.airserver.com/ which for droid is miracast which will allow you to show the device on pc software and record it and you just have to record audio via recordpad or audacity

Thank you! I tried several things. My Lenovo seems to be too old for some solutions, so I now switched to my Nexus 6 mobile phone and am recording with the "Rec." app. The app is not perfect, but at least I can record sound and graphics.
