I am a 70+ retired male residing in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. I write songs with my partner, Bunny. Together we comprised the songwriting and home studio music producing duo, TopazThyme.

We identify as Bunny/Topaz and Durwood/Thyme.

We are not your typical young music group striving for fame and fortune on the world entertainment stage. We believe strongly in what we create, and want to share it with the world. Because of the time of our lives, we've opted to avoid the madness that can come with attempting to "make it big" in the music business.

Presently, we manage the YouTube channel TopicTunesByTopazThyme. "TopicTunes" describes itself (we hope). We write songs and short musical ditties on subjects we find interest for various reasons.

Our focus is largely on, senior motivation, health and nutrition, graceful aging, and more.

We believe that a YouTube channel where we can create slideshows, video, and offer our music simply for listening will be rewarding.

I see there's much more required for "success" here, but we're up to the task.
