Why did you start your Motovlog channel?

I wanted to convince friends to buy a motorcycle so we could ΓÇ£rides dat crotch rocket like it wants to.ΓÇ¥ They had no desire so I put a GoPro Hero 4 onto my helmet and started recording. I needed somewhere to put the video so I could show them how fun it is to ride. Another friend said YouTube and the rest is motovlogging history.

When did you ride your first motorbike?

I was 6 when I was at a friends cabin. His dad started an old minibike and we drove that thing all day. When we ran out of gas, we pushed it up the hill and rode it down. Good thing motovloggers werent a thing because we would have had lots of fail compilation funny videos. Within a month, I convinced my dad to buy me a dirtbike. No tutorial or safety course, it was sink or swim. I wasnt a beginner for long because I was doing stunts and jumps on my RM80. I raced BMX at the same time but I liked motorbikes more. Those old 2 stroke motocross bikes were fun.

What kind of street bikes have you owned?

My first street bike was a Honda VF 1000 R when I was 16. I got it because it was the fastest street bike at that time and it was a cute girl magnet. I was racing Honda motocross to so I was loyal to the brand. I dont remember the top speed but it was faster than my Ninja 300. I remember racing a Lamborghini back then and crushing it. That race actually happened in Vancouver when I lived there. That was huge because that kind of car was nowhere to be found in my area of Canada. I have also had: several Suzuki GSXR, a few Yamaha YZF including the R1, R6, recently a Ducati, a Kawasaki Ninja ZX6r, and now Im into the Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R hypersport. I have never had a KTM or BMW. Maybe someday. My son takes all the old motorcycles I ride.

Have you always driven sport bikes?

No, Ive had a few Harley Davidson and a Honda Goldwing when I was in the road touring moto stages of life. Supersport and hyper sport are my preferences. I love the handling capabilities and performance of the machines.

Have you ever had a crash or accident?

Knock on wood, NO! Thats if your asking about street riding on the roads. Ill credit that to my motocross days and the riding experience it gave me. In the dirt, Ive had lots of crashes, some broken bones, and some major ego busts. Those hurt the most!

Do you ever experience road rage?

Yes, I just have it somewhat under control. Ive never made the news or had a road fight but bad drivers in cars that miss stop signs in Los Angeles and San Diego are a major headache from my past. Cars just dont watch for motorbikes.

Have you ever been in a police chase?

Yes, lots as a kid. We rode our dirt bikes in a field across from my house when I was in grade 5. It was noisy and the cops always came out to visit us, they just couldnt catch us in the pursuit. I was just having fun running from the cops in my motorcycle vs cops getaway. A few police cars where damaged when they ripped through the fields but I think they enjoyed themselves more than meets the eye. One time, the evening after the chase, a police officer showed up at my house. It was my new hockey coach. I got into epic trouble from my parents.

I hope they like the videos. I enjoy making them and enjoy getting comments from them. If they have suggestions, please send them and I will try to do as best I can. Without them, this channel is nothing.
