Cookercizers

We are trying to learn to live healthier lives, which predominantly includes feeding ourselves and being active. Since we're beginners, we're in a good position to be able to say what tips and tricks actually work, what products are genuinely awesome, and what recipes are ACTUALLY the best?! :p

Up until recently, we felt cooking was too time consuming and complicated. It can sometimes still feel that way. But since we started to cook, weΓÇÖve noticed the following things so far:

Decreases in:
- Bloating
- Cravings for junk food
- Body fat percentages

Increases in:
- Energy
- Mental clarity
- Appreciation for the impact of cooking on our wellbeing

We want to:
- Motivate and inspire others to appreciate the cooking process and its many benefits
- Cook and clean as happily, quickly and efficiently as possible
- Learn everything from how to mix our spices all the way to cooking a feast If we can figure this out, trust us, so can you!
