Already 2 decades ago I started as a chef. Developing myself I started my first blog which is all about Macarons.
I also started a YouTube channel about Macarons already 7 Years ago but in a moment of unspoken stupidity I deleted it, ha ha.
Working hard on that blog leads to publishing my first cookbook, which is, of course, about Macarons.
Until today more then 20 Books have been published and some of them have been translated into English and other languages.
To express my creativity I started a new channel.
When it comes to cooking, baking, food-blogging and cookbook writing I'm self-confident to call me an expert.
When it comes to making video and social media, well, there is still a lot to learn. So that's why i am here, to learn from other creators.

Oh, and I'm from Germany but living with my wife and daughter in the beautiful city of Chiang Mai in northern Thailand.
