Hi guys, my name is Aaron i gained a lot of weight after being seperated from the military (from wounds received in action). I got super depressed and very heavy! Eventually i found healthy cooking and have lost over 100 pounds! It wasn't until feb 2020 that a few of the ladies who enjoyed my tutorials pretty much twisted my arm to start a youtube channel! This new hobby has kept me accountable and motivated!
