If youΓÇÖve received the following error message, it may be frustrating. But, it does not mean that your HP printer is broken. It means an offline printer is one which cannot connect with the device sending the print job. To go back your Hp Printer Offline, do the following steps:

┬╖ Open your system and go to the Start icon on the bottom left of your device screen.

┬╖ After this, choose Control Panel option and then choose ΓÇ£Devices &PrintersΓÇ¥.

┬╖ Now, right click on your printer option and select ΓÇ£See what's printingΓÇ¥.

┬╖ In the next step, from the window which opens choose ΓÇ£PrinterΓÇ¥ option.

┬╖ Select ΓÇÿUse Printer OnlineΓÇÖ from the drop down menu
