She also hosts an annual Christmas Open House for single moms, their children, and people experiencing homelessness.
She has served with Bereaved Families of Cornwall, Ontario, and is a former Community Action Network Against Abuse (CANAA) member.
She was a Sacred Hearts Rising Leader for Change in Cornwall until creative differences led her in a different direction. She was finding her way.
In 2019, she became the Director Chapter Leader for "Sacred Hearts Rising Leaders for Change Cornwall Ontario," where she hosted events that featured storytelling, inspiration, awareness-raising, and personal hardships.
She was awarded "The Small Business Person of the Year 2018-2020-21-22-23-24 for Cornwall Ontario" on the "Alignable" Small Business Person Award of the year." Small Local Business Person.
In 2020, she became the "International Secretary of Human Rights and Social Justice Federation" alongside four inspiring change-making men worldwide.
In October 2020, she received the Honorary Doctorate Award for Human Rights from United Nobles Rescue Services.
