My name is Kristen and I am a 21 year old, full-time college student aspiring to be a Marriage and Family Therapist.
In 2017, I made the decision to live a healthier lifestyle and as a result, I lost 50 lbs. This change inspired me want to help others on their own journey by offering easy, free, and accessible recipe videos on Youtube along with printable documents of the ingredients/recipe directions and affordable grocery lists in the description of each video.
My goal with Youtube is to create an inclusive environment in the health/fitness community that promotes and values ALL types of diets, lifestyles, budgets, and life goals.
