I'm in a film club where each member gets to pick a movie to watch each month. We watch, discuss, have food, drinks, good chat. At the moment, each member has to pick a movie from the year they were born. I would love to hear your favourites. I picked All The President's Men.

    Great question!

Probably The Lion King..... or maybe pulp fiction! :D

Love it! Hard to credit that they were in the same year. 1994 was an epic year for cinema.

The only one that I can think of from the year I was born would be The Sound of Music.

I could not just pick one so my choices are The Italian Job (The original) & Midnight Cowboy

Lots of choices for 1964.... Dr Strangelove, Mary Poppins, Hard Days Night, and of course Bikini Beach. Over the years... I guess it would be Goldfinger. Not the "best" movie as a critic, but I like it.

There are already great suggestions here and I hope we get in lots more. This could turn into a very cool list of must-see movies. Thanks.

Too many movies to choose from!!!! Most I don't even know of, lol
Lion King is great, I enjoy Speed, but I think I gotta go with the Axel Foley man in Beverly Hills Cop III.

    Nate,
You need to see Beverly Hills Cop I I personally think that was some of his best work. "Banna in the tailpipe trick"
