Suggested Change CARD TEMPLATE to be based on percentage instead of actual timestamp

    Instead of setting cards to the same timestamp each time, it would be better to set to a percentage of the video.

    By using the timestamp with a card set at 10:00 minutes, this would not work if the video is only 5 minutes long.

    Instead, we can set the card to appear when 10% (or whatever value) of the video has been watched. The calculation would automatically adjust based on the total length of the video each time, and show the card when the percentage mark is reached.

    Yeah, I tried saving a template on TB and next time I used it - it was on the time stamp. Very bizarre. YT uses the last 20 or 25 seconds of the video, no matter the length.

    Weird, i thought it the card placement was always relative.
