So I was on Andrew's live channel review last week. He expressed two super powerful tips that stuck in my head.
    1. If you post weekly, make sure your hero image (main channel image) states that you post weekly.
    2. After posting your video break the ice by making the first comment.
    Thant's all.

    Best wishes yo!

Sometimes I make the first comment. Sometimes I do not. I should more often. Even on live streams probably.

Yeah, I always make the first comment. For scheduling that's a hard thing as my content depends on the weather and seasonal patterns. Filming the outdoors, well, it's different. I also need to shoot form the hip as it were. That's why my page says "New videos whenever!"

Thanks for the Mention Scott! On the first comment thing, No one wants to be the first to the party. It feels awkward, but if you let people know you're there and waiting for them, they're more likely to contribute!

Yeah, it like, never show up on time to a BBQ. The food isn't ready, and people want to do things like talk to you.
