Thumbnail Feedback Comparison of two Thumbnails: Which is better

Need advice on these thumbnails. One has 1.1k views one with 38 the one with rank up fast is 1.1k. Can anyone let me know what the difference is thatΓÇÖs causing this big of a separation. But also for more context the season 2 one has better ctr IΓÇÖm very new to making content and would like some tips. Preciate any help

Hey! I know nothing about the subject but IMO thumbnail 2 looks more child appealing than one. But you have a skill for graphics friend.
