If you have voice-over or shot of yourself, you can ask people to subscribe to your channel or like @Dexter Benin says: invite them to subs on end-screen or write in the description.

I use a small subscribe icon that is about 50% visible in the top right corner about 1min into each video, make sure it doesn't take up too much space and just visible enough to see it but not distract from the main video that way if they cant stay for the entire video they will see the call to action
