Answered The Enterprize doesn't work! Anyone know how to fix it?

I getting everytime an enterprize cause i don't want to pay for a full on services.
RIght now when i registered for the enterprize it doesn't work somehow, all the locked features are still locked.
and i don't want to pay for anything.
Anyone please know how to fix that?
Cause i have no idea.
