Dear community members,
I am experiencing technical difficulties with the Tubebuddy extension on my Chromebook laptop [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/d/chromebook-laptop], and I am hoping to get some advice on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
To provide some context, I have been using Tubebuddy to manage and optimize my YouTube channel on my laptop for some time now. However, recently I have noticed that the extension is not working properly on my Chromebook.
Whenever I try to access the Tubebuddy extension, it either fails to load, freezes, or crashes. I have attempted to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, clearing the cache and data on my Chromebook, and updating my Chromebook to the latest version. However, none of these methods have proven effective in fixing the issue.
I am not sure what else to try, and I suspect that there may be some compatibility issues between Tubebuddy and my Chromebook laptop. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, and if so, how did you go about resolving them?
For additional information, my Chromebook laptop runs on Chrome OS version 94.0.4606.114, and the Tubebuddy extension version is 7.54.1.
I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Judy
