YouTube Help New Way to Add YouTube Links to Description

In several creators description boxes, I've seen them link to videos but it's different. *See the "Watch Next" section of the screenshot I've shared below. I'm wondering if anyone knows how this new feature works? I'd love to add it to my own description boxes.

Its actually simple. I just paste the YouTube links in the description. YouTube automatically adds the logo to the links in the description. I usually do that.

I added links as well but it just adds the long clickable link with no YouTube icon.

I went and looked at mine - there are now YT icons on the links, that were not there before. Must be new?
