Hi, I'm new here and just joined forum.

I own a youtube channel where I sell guitars and teach people about how to repair guitars by yourself. I've posted around 200 videos so far and average duration of each video is 3-5 minutes. After a lot of hard work plus dedication, I'm still unable to grow my channel and none of my video is gone viral.

I don't know what to do? It's purely optimized and whole channel is best optimized but still no improvement so far as per my expectations.

The channel is fully covered by guitars videos and you can say tropical authority is created but still it disheart me.

Can you pls help?

Luthier channels just take a longtime to grow. Only diehard guitarist will subscribe. I'd say to speed things up, target beginners. And make beginner matience videos.

How long is your average video? I'm curious. Lutheir videos I've watched were all really long with minimal editing. I'd say make shorter videos focusing on 1 specific thing. They would show me a complete setup from start to finish.

Plus the music niche is completely saturated. I'm a guitarist myself and have been trying to promote original music for years.

My friends would sub but no one watched.

I started a new channel completely unrelated to music. And said I'm not sharing anywhere. I put my music in the background to monetize.

The channel started to blow up. And people started asking about the music. That unrelated channel got me more spins and fans than my entire music channel over 7 years.

Yeah, as far as music, I've found that composing your own background music is best. Therefore, pick a topic that you know will grow, then just incorporate your music into it. That's what I do.
