YouTube Question Shorts views

Sometimes times I upload a short, only 2 views, then I delete it and reupload again later, I get 1k view. anyone know why's that?

ALso, If I do not want to delete the short, do you think changing the Title will be a good idea?

I have watched so many youtubers talking about uploading shorts on different times. They also suggested, if shorts dont perform well, reupload it until it performs well. I am unaware about this algorithm. But it works like that. Also using hashtags in your title helps #shorts, #shortsvideo #viral. These hashtags in titles help the shorts pretty well. If anyone has more information please do share, I want to know more about this algorithm.

but reuploading again, i wonder if it will annoy the 50 viewers who alrady watched my shorts?

Shorts are very random if be honestly, everyone don't care if you ll upload video again. Everything be okey, just try.
