Community White Text on Black Background?

Ever since I've started on YouTube I've used the standard white text on black background. Some have told me that it's hard to read. What would people suggest? Every professionally done movie or TV show has the credits in white text on black background. I'm just trying to figure out what's best design wise.

It depends on the Font but my suggestion is to use Tubebuddy Extension and when making the Thumbnail play around with the text until you enjoy it
