Thumbnail Feedback Making Thumbnails From Scratch

Hello - I make my thumbnails from scratch, I don't use Canva or any other type of template type maker. I'm wondering if my thumbnails are working for me, sometimes it takes a bit more time to do this, and with several revisions, but they don't look canned, don't know if this makes a difference, don't know if I'm wasting my time, just looking for suggestions.

thumbnails are really important , you should spend a few time for that and then you will see the result , so it is really important
