Hey Matthew! Here are my initial thoughts about your channel:

Things you're doing well
+ Consistent and regular uploads
+ Considering the average amount of subscribers is 3-5 for every 1,000, you're doing very well with gaining subscribers compared to your views

Things I think that you can improve upon
+ Consider making thumbnails for your videos using a program like Canva, PhotoShop, PicsArt, Snapseed, etc. (we have a whole forum dedicated to information about this and members offering advice)
+ Improve the SEO for your videos (here's one thread regarding this, but there are many more resources around these forums to help you)
