YouTube Question My videos are suddenly ranking. Why?

My videos are suddenly ranking for 90% of my tags then ranks for 10% of my tags. It happens a day or 2 after upload too. could that be part of it?

It might just be that YouTube needs more info on them before ranking them?

The ranking system is a mystery and it has to do with many complex factors. I have had videos that had almost no tags ranking, and then a changed a single word in the description, and all of the sudden the tags ranked, and the word was seemingly unrelated to the tags that it made rank. The longer your video is active on YouTube, YT will adjust your ranking according to the viewership response to your video. It will change over time with you doing nothing.
