Facebook Do I have to upload the video again to Facebook to publish there?

I am a pastor who posts devotionals every morning for people in his congregation both on Facebook and Youtube. When I try to publish to Facebook, it makes me choose a file and acts like it is uploading the video all over again. If that is the case, Tubebuddy

Not a TubeBuddy question so I am moving this to a better part of the forum.

That said, YouTube and Facebook are in competition. Facebook does little to help YouTube and YouTube does little to help Facebook. There are tons of opinions on how to best hand this. Most people I know who do this well upload the thumbnail for the video and then post the link as a response to that upload. That seems to be the best way to appease both companies.
