I'm doing a 3 part quick video series and want to do the same thumbnail for the 3 videos, Which thumbnail would be better 1 or 2

First over second because the font and stroke make it hard to read on the second. But a better font/stroke on 2 with more spacing on the left would be my preference.

That might work. I'd also center-align the text with the Target logo

I would say the first one, but fix the spacing of the words. Make spacing consistent.

It does. This has become more of an "either" at this point. I like the second one now as well with the text cleaned up and the drop shadow.
