I want to post a dance cover to one of my favorite songs and get monetized that video. How can I do it?

If it is a commercial piece of music, you need rights to that music or it will likely get copyright striked

you have to get the license for that video if it is copyrighted content. Else you may have a copyright claim or even worse a strike on your channel
