Answered Can I post videos without badge if not am I eligible for badge?

I am not sure if I can promote my videos without badge and how would I know if I am eligible for receive badge

You are required to have a badge to post in the promotion board, which is where you post your videos on here. You also need to have 20 posts to receive your badge.
