Yes, I have made some. I was continuously promoting my content and was asking them to subscribe to my channel. I do it every time I upload a video or for any kind of promotion. But most of the subscriber I have from my FB they are not the regular youtube user they put FB first but yes some will surely watch your content as you upload it. yeah,
This is a question more about facebook rather than a question about TubeBuddy. I'm not all that into facebook so I can't provide any help but I'm sure there are others with more experience with facebook that might be able to give you better strategic ides for facebook to youtube conversion.
It really depends on the content you post to other platforms.
If you just copy paste content from facebook to youtube and backwards your facebook followers won't see any value in
going an extra mile to sub on facebook... Same goes the other direction. If you have a good following on facebook make sure to let them know why
they should be following you on youtube, provide additional information in youtube videos or just come up with a reason why anyone should follow you there as well.
