I think the poloroid makes it busier than it needs to be. Less is more. What kind of CTR are you getting out of it?

I can barely see the MC character in both the center and the polaroid when it's at its usual thumbnail size.

Maybe brighten up the picture more? Or grab a new layer of the MC character and correct the tone and contrast?
