YouTube Help so when you reach the reqirments of youtube, is it easy to get accepted by ypp

so i know i am no were close to the requirments but i keep thinking that my content with not pass the review, its all about gerbils and rats, so far i only have over 100 vids, 100 subs, and 17.8 total watch hours, so i am far from required, can someone tell be how i can be rejected from joining

well good thing i only post videos on youtube but what about sharing links, do those count or is it just external
