I haven't been able to figure out what "Fair" "Good" "Excellent" means in terms of the actual numbers. Any help?

Because YouTube doesn't publicly give 'actual' numbers, we take a relative number approach. Based on a bunch of different data and inputs, we can come up with an algorithm to see how much more often "funny cats" is searched relative to "how to sculpt a coffee mug" and help people make decisions based on those comparisons. We are actually in the middle of a big re-vamp/update to the process adding more information and an even better algorithm that should be out in the coming months.
