Hi, I had the exactly the sam issue on safari, please see the answer I received below;

Unfortunately, we've stopped supporting Safari back in June 2019 :x

I'd recommend getting TubeBuddy on either Chrome or Firefox. (Though Firefox does approve our updates faster than Chrome so... xD)

So the problem is browser related. I'm switching to Firefox just to manage the channel, as advised.

I often find browsers can do odd things, especially after an update (in either the browser or website) and using a different browser gets things sorted. One of my regular sites won't load with Chrome anymore but is fine with Edge???

This is correct. Sadly it's not that we don't want to, but the article explains more. Thread switched to solved.
