Yup, YouTube threw us under the bus. They don't want the liability. Quite frankly they don't care about us. They certainly aren't interested in protecting us. For now on I'm adding my own rating system to each of my videos. The FTC might not care, but at least it shows that I'm acting in good faith. That's about all any of us can do.
