Solved Please switch my lifetime license to my new channel

I would like to continue using my lifetime tubby account with my new channel, which can be found here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2zZtMDvsOhRoDaScL1ODqA
Could you please switch the accounts for me, as i was not able to find the settings to do it myself.
