Hi,

I'm new to Tubebuddy and I had an issue, I tried using the support email however I haven't received a response. I initially join on the pro license then I saw that you could get a refund and half off the pro licence so I decided to upgrade, however when I did they page refreshed then I was billed with both pro and legend licence monthly cost.

Hi, @Lin I'm sorry for the delay. We give a 50% discount for a second channel so unless you are trying to get two licenses the first one would be full price. I went ahead and refunded the payment which will show up in your account within 24 hours. If you would still like to purchase a Legend license you can use my personal code hannahsbuddy and save 20% and if you pay yearly you will save an additional 20%.
