Iv made more changes have a look let me know what you think new thumbnails

So iv been working on my seo with tb I'm a bit confused cos it says my seo is 100% on keywords and tags but when I go to the video page for advanced info it says my seo is 40 to 50% am I doing something wrong or does it just take time for it all to register on the site?

I changed alot alot of them the top was the original one and replaced it with the second one

I mean just 1 video I don't know how to actually add it
