I like filmora easy to use but your able to do alot if your not doing a ton of effects that would be my recommendation and check out Daniel Batal he has alot of good filmora tutorials

ive tried 3 or 4 different phone editing apps and power director is the best from my experience easy work flow not over complicated good for doing insta stories
