I'm an ex radio technician who moved into production line maintenance and then into Freelance IT consultancy. Got fed up with fixing computer problems caused by stupid people so now I drive semi trucks for a living. I still like playing with radio, so as well as being a ham radio operator, I build tube guitar amps and pedals as well as restore old radio sets.

I'm based in the U.K. but keep night hours...
